Terms of Service

By placing an order on alexmagicstudio.eu, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products All items are custom-made to order using 3D printing technology. Product images are representative — slight variations in colour or finish may occur.

2. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues.

3. Custom Orders As all products are made to your specifications, we do not accept cancellations once production has begun.

4. Intellectual Property All designs are either original or used under valid commercial licences. Resale or reproduction of our designs is prohibited.

5. Liability Alex Magic Studio's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect damages.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
